I had a buckle break on my X2 pack this fall and I was wondering if you guys think this is some Eberlestock will replace? All I was doing was cinching up the straps after putting my spotter and tripod away for the hike out. I love this pack but I need to get this buckle so I can properly cinch my gear again.

I actually bought the pack from you and that was while they were making some upgrades to the pack but you honored the price of the lesser pack which is greatly appreciated. Two great companies.

I tell you what I am so impressed with eberlestock. I cinched my straps down tight on a hunt and the material ripped.I had the pack for a long time a couple of years at least they replaced the pack no questions asked. I expected them to just patch it and me pay for it (which I would have been fine with) but that was nice of them and I love their customer service
