We here so much bad press about diffrent manufactures these days, I just wanted to give an ata-boy to one with outstanding service, Eberlestock. Last year I purchased a Eberlestock X-2 and used it during archery season and then on a elk hunt I helped out on. Well sometime on the elk hunt I managed to completely break and loose the sewn in buckle from the top lid of the pack. How it happened I have no clue but it obviously was my fault. I called them, they gave me a RA# and told me to send it in. the form they had me use said 6-8 weeks for repairs. I sent it back on jan. 25 and i'll-be-damned it was back in my hands, repaired, no questions asked on feb. 11. now that is service, and to top it off the rep I spoke to was friendly and polite.
