Kudos to a outstanding made in the usa company

We here so much bad press about diffrent manufactures these days, I just wanted to give an ata-boy to one with outstanding service, Eberlestock. Last year I purchased a Eberlestock X-2 and used it during archery season and then on a elk hunt I helped out on. Well sometime on the elk hunt I managed to completely break and loose the sewn in buckle from the top lid of the pack. How it happened I have no clue but it obviously was my fault. I called them, they gave me a RA# and told me to send it in. the form they had me use said 6-8 weeks for repairs. I sent it back on jan. 25 and i'll-be-damned it was back in my hands, repaired, no questions asked on feb. 11. now that is service, and to top it off the rep I spoke to was friendly and polite.

Thats awesome to hear, and glad you posted. They are excellent with customer service and any issues you may have with your eberlestock products. If anyone else who reads this has any issues with eberlestock give them a call at 1-877-866-3047, good group of guys to work with.
