Badlands 2013 new packs:2200, Summit

Hey guys,

I see that badlands has a changed a few things on the 2200 and the new 4500(now called the summit). Has anybody seen these things first hand or know anything about them?

I am looking for a 2-3 day backpacking pack that I can also use as a day pack. I was thinking the 2200 might fit the bill as it is now 2800cubic inches and lighter.

I am also thinking the summit could be an option, but seems a bit big for use as a day pack.

LAST EDITED ON Mar-25-13 AT 08:39PM (MST)[p]I would buy the KUIU 1850. With the load sling (for extra volume capabilities), it is super versatile and comfortable.

EDIT: The KUIU 3000 (bag only) can also be added to the 1850 suspension and frame so you have a modular system depending on day hunt or 2-3 day trips.

I hope they have better zippers than the old 2200, I have had mine in 4 times this year for new zippers. It's getting pretty old.
