I have a lot of firstlite in asat but was thinking of trying something different. I was wondering if anyone used UA and if so how was it for active hunting as well as tree stand hunting? Thanks

It works about the same, but the first lite is better because it doesn't stink. Pretty amazing what wool does to prevent odor.



I have fought tougher men, but I really can't remember when.

take it from someone who stinks worse than the average joe. There is no comparison, I can wear Firstlite for multiple days no problem. UA stinks so bad after one day I could be straight downwind from an animal and he would still smell me.

Thanks for the input guys, guess I will stick with firstlite. Not sure how I like the asat pattern though.

UA stuff is junk and the smell after one day of hunting in it is unidentified from this planet. I just got some FL tops and cant believe that it doesnt smell after soaking it with sweat all day. I will be getting the whole FL lineup and keep my UA purchases to a sweatshirt for casual wear.

By the way, got my FL in mossy oak & realtree ap and just found a great deal on the FL rain shell that is outstanding quality just like the merino stuff.
