Tenzing 6000 or horn hunter full curl

I will be picking up one of these packs at the expo. I will be using it for a day pack as well as up to 3 to 5 nights. I don't want to have to strap a sleeping bag or tent on the outside of the bag. I like the full curl for hauling meat and I love the warranty and that it is made in America. However, I'm not sure if it is large enough to put everything inside on an overnight trip. The Tz6000 is loaded. I love the design. Not many reviews and I'm not sure about their warranty or customer service. Any advice would be appreciated, thanks.

It really sounds like the Horn Hunter Full Curl is the pack for you. I use mine as a day pack all the time and have used it for packing in for 5 nights. The Full Curl handles 5000 cu/in and has plenty of straps for your sleeping bag/bed roll on the outside.
As far as when you use it as a day pack you will still have their great frame and the day pack portion of the system while keeping its full capability of hauling a pile of meat.
Horn Hunter is fully committed to offering the best warranty there is. If you EVER have an issue with ANYTHING they will replace it for free forever!

I would love some pics. I am strongly leaning towards horn hunter. I finally got in touch with Tenzing. They said, "We may Ask for some pictures and documentation for quality reasons, but we will more than likely replace or repair your pack." Not bad, but not the warranty I want. Please send those pictures. Is it possible to place sleeping bag, tent, and sleeping pad inside the large bag? Really don't want to strap stuff on the outside.

I am sure you will not run into issues with Horn Hunter such as not being able to get ahold of them. Every time I have called during business hours they answer and have incredible customer service.
I can see why you wouldn't want to trust that warranty. "More than likely replace or repair your pack." Just doesn't cut it when you have companies out there that will repair or replace no matter what for any reason!
As far as fitting your sleeping bag, tent and sleeping pad inside there is no question that it will fit. On my last 4 night elk hunt I fit a 3 man tent, sleeping bag and all of my gear (ei. camp stove, clothing, water purifier, food, etc) inside and strapped my sleeping pad to the bottom outside since I like using my large memory foam sleeping pad on longer hunts like that.

I have the Hornhunter full curl system & love it!! This pack is way underrated IMO. You can't go wrong with this pack & made in the USA!!

Yes you definitely can but you will have the large bag hooked to the frame and then strap the head on under or just above the day pack. This pack can be adjusted in so many different ways that you can always figure it out. If your body can handle the weight I guarantee this pack can too.

I have been looking for a pack that does it all as well, looking heavily into the full curl system. My only question is how much is the frame rated to carry? I cannot find that spec anywhere.

Went with Hornhunter and glad i did. I'm sure it can carry any load a human can carry
