Kudos's to company REI for closing on "Black Friday" and encouraging their employes to use the day to "Get Outdoors" on the day off........I hope this catches on with other companies.......

Yeh that would be nice but to many stores like JC Penny are going the other way and opening at 3pm on Thursdays taking Thanksgiving away from their employees. Greeeeed and getting the edge on competors.
