The standard Keen is wide.
I am a 9 EW. I can wear about a 9 1/2 Keen....& some 10s.
I balked at that idea when a salesman suggested it to me.
I have a pair of Keen shoes that I bought @ Goodwill. I used to wear them to work...for about a year, or more....I retired Memorial Day of 2013....yes, I've been wearing used shoes for 5 years. And they still look and fit good.
