I am a mortgage broker and love to hunt. I am looking to trade my services/fees for the opportunity to hunt. I have been doing mortgages for over seven years now. We have great programs and are able to provide financing in almost every state. We specialize in construction loans, investment properties, lot loans, large acreage loans, people with credit challenges, etc. I don't want to sound like the radio adds/commercials that everyone hears (thats not how I work). So if you are interested at all let me know. What I can do for you is waive my fees and give you the best rate available. Or I will give you a credit at closing for the price of the hunt. Also, I will show you exactly where your savings is came from in writing. I am upfront and honest and I have dozens of references upon request as well. I just like to hunt so I thought I would post what I have to offer in trade.
