Your winning bid is for the amount that is required as the initial down payment towards the full cost of only $250.00. This will allow you full ranch property access and trespass fee for 1 (one) full week of your choice during 2010 Colorado Spring Turkey hunting season which is April 10 through May 23. You will need to purchase a turkey hunting license prior to hunting, these are available over the counter at some convenience stores, sporting goods stores, Walmart stores and DOW offices.
Your winning bid will allow you to bring up to 2 (two) guests that will be allowed to hunt with you for the same price of $250.00 each, and they too can obtain a license and harvest a turkey.
Your winning bid will allow you and your guests total privacy during your specific season with no one else allowed on the property but you, behind a locked gate!
Your winning bid will allow you experience the area which is world famous for the 400 class Bull Elk and possibly book an Elk hunt for the upcoming Elk seasons either this year or future years.
