We have up to (7) outfitter elk tags for the East Murderer's Creek Hunt #246B & (16) outfitter mule deer tags for the Murderer's Creek unit. These tags can only be sold to non-residents of Oregon. The elk tags are either sex....hunt dates of Nov. 3rd - 11th, 2012. The deer tags are valid Sept. 29th - Oct. 10th. The elk tags/license cost $874.25 each, the deer tags/lic are $637.75 each......I'm looking for a group of hunters that would like to do a unguided drop camp, with them furnishing their own vehicles and hunting the area on their own. I would furnish the camp or parts of it and a camp tender. I'm willing to sell these tags/hunt pretty cheap to the right crew or open to suggestions on trades for hunts or whatever? This is a public land hunt with lots of elk with good bulls; the deer hunting can be good if you get into the right areas. I'm permitted on all of the national forest in the unit, with the exception of the Strawberry Wilderness Area. The deadline for these tags is March 31st, 2012.
