Well I have quite a few things to offer for various species. Hunting wise, spring bear is probably the easiest for me for time and season. Opportunity is almost 100% and seeing up to 6 bears a day. However, I wouldn't be able to offer this until spring of '06 due to my first born being due in May (right in the best time). I can also do Roosevelt elk and Blacktail deer, however the success rate on those are much less and the elk is a draw.
Fishing is the easiest. I have three boats to choose from for whatever quarry you decide on. Ocean salmon, bottomfish, halibut, tuna are all on the adjenda. Most of which you can catch until your arms get sore. In the rivers, mostly salmon and steelhead. And for those flyfishermen, I have a secret spot I can hook up to 17 steelies a day on a fly.
I'm interested in just about anything I either haven't done yet, or have quality animals to hunt for Deer/Elk/Pronghorn. I'm an avid bowhunter but will pick up a rifle on occassion and also a muzzleloader. So let me know what your spice is and maybe we can work something out.
