Utah Hunt for ???

This is a poor boy trade offer. More than likely I'm gonna buy an OTC elk tag and chase cows and spikes around this year in Utah.

I'd really like to hunt whitetails somewhere next fall in Kansas, Nebraska, the Dakota's, or Washington.

I'd also like to give blacktail hunting a try.

If anybody is interested in joining me in camp for a couple of days of chasing elk and deer around with the bow in exchange for similar let me know. It'd probably be towards the end of August.

If you're not after a monster muley and would be happy with some cow or spike elk meat I'm confident you'll have plenty of opportunities. It would be a tent camp on public land.

Anyother ideas feel free to throw them out there. I'm easy

I drew a muzzy tag for the book cliffs and was wondering if you wanted to trade some preseason scouting before the hunt for some Missouri whitetail hunting. Turkey hunting in KS, good primer to learn the land before a diy deer hunt....DIY POW bears or AK moose is possible.

We have taken 177,167,156,151,149,147,142,136,131,130 over the years, most in the last five. Bow or rifle...painfully normal guys here, no egos or attitudes.

I live about 45 minutes from some great blacktail hunting - its tough country that is hard to hunt but it holds some monsters. Its all public land, do have some access to a little private but the public is probably better for big bucks. Our season runs into the 1st week of November so sometimes the rut kicks in, thats what you need to find the big bucks. Be happy to give you any info - don't need anything in return since I stick pretty much to hunting in Oregon which isn't great but it can be OK. Anyway, like i said be happy to set you up with some good info.

Thanks for the reply guys. Looks like I may have some other plans for the elk hunt in Utah this year.

That being said, I'd still be happy to share some info on where to chase critters around in Utah.

I've got a little Book Cliffs intel and would be happy to share it. I don't know if I'll make it out there this summer, but the deer pretty much hang in the same areas every year.

You and I need to sit down and chat. I have got all kinds of connections to hunt big whitetail in Kansas on several different private ranches. Some of these are strictly archery ranches and have produced huge bucks. Guys that I talk to on a regular basis are passing 160-170 class bucks.
