I got the big glass but what a pain to wear on/around your neck on the standard swaro strap. Anyone know of a chest pack similiar to the alaskan guide creations model for the bigger glasses? Any suggestions for comfortable but protected glass would be most appreciated.

I thought I knew every page of cabelas but I missed that one! it looks like it would be perfect! Just like the alaskan guide but bigger. Thanks very much for correcting my oversight, my neck can't wait for it to get here!

LAST EDITED ON Mar-21-13 AT 07:43PM (MST)[p]Thanks Sliver, I have been looking for something that would work good for my 15's, that looks like it should be real good.

I ordered mine yesterday, I can't wait for it to get here as I have to grab my binos every time I slip in the grease and fall down so they dont take a hit on the objectives, plus they are heavy on the neck. Those poor horns don't have a chance now... I know where theylive!

Great guys, glad I could help. I have tried the Crooked Horn, and the Badlands, and the Horn Hunter bino system is much better. I don't get these guys that will pay 2K + for bino's and then not pay $60 to keep them properly protected. Maybe I'm not rich enough. haha

I've worn mine for a week now and they are GREAT! Could use an extra 1/2" all the way around as it is tough to pull them out, I hope they "break in" over time. But they are very comfy and protect very well and I love the magnetic flap. If I could just convince myself to do it they would fit a lot better if I removed the two factory covers. Do you guys put them in "naked" and are there any consequences to this...extra wear or heaven forbid scratches?

Mine go in naked now, got tired of messing with the objective covers while putting them in and out. Have no problems, or worries now.

I just call em as I see em!

I went bare nekid with mine the last 4 days and it is GREAT. They insert and withdraw easy and therefor get used more often and it is terrible grease out there right now and I fall about 20 times/day and they never take any abuse. Horns everywhere too, a great year with the new gear, why did I not do this sooner! Oh yeah... cost! Good thing I got the princess that second job... Thanks Sliver good advice!

I tried my kaibabs around the neck for a day... yikes, now I know how Tiffany feels. They're nice to use and look at (thru) but I'd hate to have them sagging on my chest.
