Has anyone ever had a problem with their Zeiss Scope and getting it zero'ed to your desired spot??
I was out today and everytime I made an adjustment it hardly made any different pattern. Not the best shooting range and benches but only damn thing in our area.
Dropped by a gun store on the way home to have them check the scope with a lazer bore sighter.....not the most acturate way and he said that the horizonal was dead on and verticle line was 3mm to the left.........all most all of my shots were high and to the right....so something is wrong. I rember when I first bought the scope and had it installed, I had a hard time then trying to get a good group.

a couple years ago had a zeiss conquest go south 4.5x14..had to send it back ..10 weeks ! not impressed..hope your luck is better than mine..Danny

I use zeiss scopes and haven't had a issue yet. send it back to zeiss see. If they will fix it or replace the scope . Have you tried to mount it on another rifle and zero it? Might be worth s try

My friend is going to bring a back up rifle for me that is dead on target....BUT I will try again with my 300 Weatherby w/Zeiss scope when I get to COLO in 3 more days. But if it is still doing the same then I will send it back to explain to them what is wrong.

Bench shooting a weatherby is no fun...LOL...have'nt got a Weatherby Eye brow yet.

I just sent a Zeiss Conquest 3-9 back yesterday to have the parallax adjusted. Moving my eye I could send the cross hairs one side to another across a target that was 16 inches wide at 200 yds (not good) Called them on the phone, talked to pretty knowledgeable person, filled out the return form and now we will wait and see. This was the first time I shot the scope, and my feeling was they did not adjust parallax properly during the build. At least if it is parallax it should hopefully be an easy fix. Have another identical Conquest on my 9.3 and it has worked really well.

On another note, I had a Nikon last year that would not hold zero for more than a few shots. Sent it back and they completlely rebuilt the scope and had it back in about 3 weeks free of charge.
