Just wondering if anyone else is having as tough a time with Zeiss as I am. Had a conquest 3-9 that had parallax issues. I sent it in at the end of October, Zeiss received it around the 3rd of November. We are now into third week of Feb. and nothing yet (3.5 months). I've called several times, but all the lady says is it was sent to the factory and no further information is available. She then offered to replace it with a Terra of the same size if I wanted that instead. While the Terra is okay it does not compare to the Conquest in my opinion. Just wondering if they are giving me the runaround to avoid having to deal with a defective scope.
 
They are very slow. I don't think you are getting the runaround, this is just how they operate. It should get done, but won't be quick (obviously).

The fact that they offered you a Terra could be concerning though. I do think that is strange. Perhaps since the conquest is no longer being made they will have more and more difficulty repairing them. Just a thought. If it comes down to it, you should insist on a conquest HD5.
