Had some dust behind a lense after 8 years that was bothering me. Sent it back they said six weeks, anybody here have experience in this??

Last year I sent in an old pair of Swarovski 8x30s that weren't as clear as they used to be. Swarovski replaced the lenses, all internal parts, new eye cups and even made them water proof. I don't remember how much they charged me, but it wasn't much more than $130.00. The service was great and my old Swarovskis are better than they were when they were new. My old glasses were no longer in production so they simple rebuilt mine for a very reasonable price. I was very pleased with the service.
Hope this helps.

I sent mine in for a cleaning last year, and the turn-around was right at a month if I remember correctly. I would allow a minimum of 6 weeks before your season to send it in though just to be on the safe side.

LAST EDITED ON Jul-15-15 AT 10:28AM (MST)[p]thx guys I'll just pack around a 80 til it gets back.
