Sent my spotting scope eyepiece in to Swarovski a few weeks ago and just got it back. I bought it used and after a few months I noticed the eyepiece had some spots on the inside. I didn't know what to expect about price, because some have said it costs to have repairs done if your not the original owner. Well it didn't cost anything for the repairs. Not even the return postage. All I had to do was send it in. Great customer service. Couldn't be happier with the scope.
 
+1. Had a very similar experience and was satisfied with the outcome. They are definitely worth the money.
