Tripod and Head Suggestions

I would like to spend not more than about $300-$400 on a new tripod and head. I am looking for suggestions. The setup would be predominently for my Zeiss spotting scope. I live in the midwest so a lot of my spotting is close to a vehicle. I also do hunt in the west but rarely carry a spotting scope. As such, ultra light weight is not a huge concern (although it would be nice if I could do it with my budget). Looking for a rock solid setup to allow spotting and some digiscoping. Any and all input appreciated. Thanks!

I have two of the Slik EZ tripods (330 EZ and 340 EZ for a lighter version), and I have been very impressed with both of them. Slik makes lots of different tripods, and you can't beat the smooth function of their tripod head. I've used mine for about five years now, and I have had no issues. I'm not very delicate with them either. The pan head works very well for grid-type glassing and locks in tight for digiscoping. They run <$150, but if you want to drop more money on one, you could get one of their carbon fiber variations, but if weight isn't an issue, I'd just go with the regular version.
