Does anyone know if or when the EL glass will go on sale? I know the SLC sale ends 12/31... the guy at Cabelas said it's been about a year since seeing the El's on sale and it might be coming up???

Looking for a swaro rep or insider info . Ready to pull the trigger on some 10x42s soon- hoping for a sale.

Check Natchez they have 10x42 EL demo units for $1949 right now. I bought a pair of demo's from them this year and they were just like new. These are the newest version also

The Shot Show is going on right now, some of the vendors like Cameraland may have some demos after they get back from the show next week.

Usually when Swarovski puts their products on sale it's because they are changing the model and want to get rid of the old models.

Can still be great deal, I just purchased a Z5 rifle scope while they were on sale.

I wouldn't be afraid of demos either.

I think sometimes a vendor will take several sets of optics like the ELs to a show. Only open one box and Swarovski lets them sell the others as demos because they have been to a show, even though the box hasn't actually been opened.

I purchased an "Open Box Demo" rifle scope once and it hadn't actually been opened.
