Does anyone have a Kilo 2000 rangefinder? It looks like there is a bit more range on the 2200 but I'm wondering what else it offers for 200.00 more?

I'm wondering how well the angle compensation works and what is the minimum distance reading when it's in this mode?
I'm hoping it ranges close to 20 yards minimum.

I'm planning on using it for archery and rifle hunting.

Do both of these models truly range deer at 1200 yards?

I just bought a used 2000 , so far I'm impressed. Angle comp mode reads down to 6 yards . The used kilo 2000's are going for around $300 after the introduction of the 2200 . Great value in my opinion, and a no questions asked warranty also.

Forgot your other question, mine ranges elk at 1900+ , but conditions will dictate true max range on non reflective targets .

My bro has the 2000 & I just picked up the new 2200 last week. The 2200 has a bit more distance & may be slightly faster but they are very similar from what I can tell. If you can get the 2000 for $200 less, I wouldn't hesitate to pull the trigger. Both are dang nice rangefinders and are better than anything else on the market right now in my opinion.

I still have some testing to do on my 2200, but max range is very impressive on both reflective & non-reflective targets.
