I hear lots of great reviews on these rifle scopes and a few bad ones. Have you seen holding zero and/or tracking issues?

I'm looking at the VX2 or 3. I want to shoot out to 500 max, mostly 350 or closer.

Thanks.

I have 2 of them you should have no issues out to 500 yards I have shot out to 720 yards using it.

I have the 3 and it has been amazing. I live in Atlanta Ga and sighted my gun (7mm mag ) here shooting 300-400 yards no issue then flew out to montana and shot out there to check my optics and i was 1/4 inch off so i made my adjustment and went hunting. 3 days later i shot my muley at 457 yards and dropped him in his tracks. Now i will say in some cases you will never need to adjust the scope to the yardage because of lack of time. Depending on the caliber you shoot your round from 100 - 300 yards wont drop to much depending on elevation and other factors but yes the scope works and works very well! Worth the money

My VX6 CDS accounted for 3 kills in the last 3 months:

Auoudad rams at 500 and 300

Muley buck at 450.

All dialed up and center-punched, no problem. I have shot out to 700 or so practicing and it tracks right on.

I mostly use Nightforce so my first CDS was bought with much skepticism. I have a VX-3 that I have run up and down 1000 times trying to get it to fail , it has performed flawlessly.

I'm convinced enough now I've sent in my older scopes and had them refitted with a CDS compatible elevation adjustment.

They work. period.
