Looking at a scope for my 6.5 creedmoor I have a prostaff 5 3.5-14x40 on my 7 mag that I really like so I want to get another but I'm trying to decide between the 3.5-14x50 and the 4.5-18x40, I'm just trying to figure out if the bigger objective is worth the extra $50

I should also add it's going to primarily used for coyote here in Michigan possibly whitetail and I'll bring it along as a spare gun when I go to Wyoming hunting

If you're going to be using it primarily in low light conditions I would go with the 50mm objective
