I sent my scope in to have the eyepiece repaired on a spotter that I have had for 5 years. It arrived in Wisconsin on July 25th. I put a note in the Box saying that I needed it by July 26th for my scouting trip. I didn't know it would take until July 25th to arrive to them. However, they fixed it and overnight shipped it to my porch by 10 a.m. on July 26th! I was shocked. Outstanding customer service.

I have Vortex binos in 10 x 42 vipers & 15 x 56 vultures.
Also have viper pst 6-24 x 50 rifle scope. I really like them all & have had no issues with either of them. There are alot of vortex haters out there that say you will need there warranty. I say so what if I need to use the warranty they will fix it or replace it.
I can't afford swaros. I bought the best glass I could afford & Vortex foot the the bill. No complaints here.
