Badlands 2200

Just wondering. My brother-in-law and I bought new Badlands 2200 packs in Feb. 2014. Used them all last spring and summer. Got to the hunt and used them to haul out a cow elk with the exterior meat shelf. Got home and was cleaning out the pack to wash it and noticed way down in the bottom , the material was ripping. Long story short, Vortex Outdoors (Badlands) has been awesome to deal with, BUT they say these are the only 2 packs they have seen this on. Is anyone else out there putting some weight on these packs having this issue? You have to really look down into the bottom to see this problem. I would like to know if anyone else is experiencing this problem. Thanks.

I use a LOT of different packs.
I have used BadLands 2200 to haul out so many elk, my back hurts just thinking about it.
I have had buckles break, zippers fail, etc.
I have never had fabric rip.
They will fix it, that is the great part.

Mike
