Zeiss Conquest 15x56 or Cabelas Euros 15x56 ?? Please Help

I am having trouble deciding which binos to get... Zeiss Conquest 15x56 or Cabelas Euros 15x56 .. I do not have enough $$ to get Swaros so I am going for the next best binos. I do not have a cabelas near by so I cannot test them side by side myself. I need your help.

I don't care about size and weight.. I care most about image resolution and warranty.
