Remote trail cam recommendation?

decided to try a remote access trail cam. This will be on my ranch that is 10 miles from the closest paved road. Spotty AT&T cell service. At times you have no service and 5 min later you have 3 bars and you can download and watch a video also how do you keep it from burning up batteries ? Solar? Need brand and model. Also how much does transmitting pictures cost/ month?
