The Badlands warranty department phone system asks callers to "Dial One to speak to a real, live human." I have pushed that button at least a dozen times over a period of two months and have yet to contact an individual responsive enough to answer the phone. My online warranty claim (requesting a replacement buckle) has gone unanswered. If these guys can't pick up the phone, return voice message, or mail out a simple belt buckle, then why on Earth are they so proud of their warranty service? This exact same thing happened to me two years ago. Interestingly, I got no response until I posted my experience on MM. Here's hoping it will work twice.
