Kuiu Attack Pants Review

I have always worn the cheap, open country cotton pants from Cabelas. I wear a base layer under those to keep warm and that has worked fine for 32 years of hunting. Now that I'm 45 and I can spend some money (I finally got permission from the boss) :), I researched Kuiu and talked to a lot of guys that wear them. I went on Kuiu.com and they were sold out of the size and camo pattern I wanted. Mind you, it was 2 months before hunting season. This is the only drawback I see with Kuiu....how do you not have a full stock of size 34 pants in your most popular camo?? Unbelievable to me but that's on them. A buddy of mine found some used ones for me and I ended up buying them from a guy in Maine. I wore them in Colorado during the 3rd season and they did amazing in the cold. I didn't need a base layer (it didn't get colder than 35 or so) but I never even thought about my legs being cold. The stretch they have is fantastic. I remember that I would have to pull my cotton pants up to get in a sitting position or to crouch down. Not in these attack pants. They are the most comfortable pants I've ever worn. I would highly recommend them. I will be buying a second pair as soon as Kuiu has them in stock. I checked last night and they still don't have the size and pattern I want....it's been 3 months. Again, UNBELIEVABLE!! Well worth the $125 for these pants.

Cancer doesn't discriminate...don't take your good health for granted because it can be gone in a heartbeat. Please go back and read the last line. This time really understand what it says.

I have some Sitka pants, Gonna try kuiu next, but I too was blown away how much more comfortable these high dollar hunting clothes are.

Give the guide pants a try. I've had them for a few years and I love them. Very comfortable, and aside from a deer antler poking through below my knee, very durable.

I have a couple of pairs of the Attack pants. They have held up well and they are really comfortable. The ones I have came with a 34? inseam. I was able to take out the original stitching and re-hem to 35?. I really like them.

I have a few pairs and love them. The thigh zips are a great thing to have in a pair of pants. The improvement in ventilation is incredible when you need it.

I just bought some attack pants and a lot of other clothes and they didn't fit. I sent them back almost a MONTH ago. They still haven't processed or even found my return yet. I even used there return shipping label .
If you buy anything from them and have to return it just understand that the customer service is as bad as it gets for returns. If you don't believe me just check other forums like rokslide etc. There response was to place another $2000.00 order. They can not even track my returns with there own return shipping label because they don't keep track of the return labels. Also the verde attack pants have a different fit at the waste than the vias camo. The vias camo is 2 sizes smaller than the verde camo pattern. I would never purchase from Kuiu this time of year unless you already own there gear and are sure of the size. Good luck

I have bought lots of stuff from Kuiu and never had a problem. I found all the clothes to be true to the size. Never had a problem on any of my returns. Great clothes! Great company!
