No yeti cup...

I signed up for EHJ this winter. Maybe December? They had an offer where you were supposed to get a free Yeti coffee cup with subscription. I paid for it, magazines have been coming, but no cup.
So I tried the contact us button on their webpage. Good luck, the security code portion of it is no longer supported, blah blah blah.
Anybody else hate the ol bait n switch? How about company?s that make it inconvenient to talk to a human?
I feel better now!
But I still want my darn cup!

I've always had great service from EHJ/EBJ. Every time I've called, I've got a ?human?, that was very helpful!

So I did contact them. Via email. Got a return note that I apparently didn't read the fine print enough. There was apparently some blank I missed.
I clicked on the link, filled in all my info, paid for it with CC on the spot. Apparently I was supposed to know to pay more than requested so they would ship my cup?
Now they are out of the cups but they would send me an outdoor edge cutlery set...if I pay $10 for shipping. Don?t need another ?freebie? set of knives. Already got em from multiple other outfits fundraisers/subscription quests. And honestly I signed up for your mag at that time because I was getting something back for it.

Ridiculous. I'm quite disappointed to find misleading advertising in my hunting world. I know, I know,...buyer beware right?
I'll quit whining now

I got mine back in March. Honestly, I forgot about even getting a cup when I signed up. As soon as I got it, I lost it.... The wife has been taking it to work. Oh well, I still got the magazine.

Well now it would be better not to have the Yeti. Get a Grizzly or Kong, or Orca, or anything that supports our second amendment and is made in America. Fatrooster.
