Hunting Weather Site Review

Hey Ya'll!

So my hunting buddy told me about this great weather website that was created with hunters in mind called ScoutLookWeather.

I used it throughout this the past hunting season and really enjoyed how reliable the information was and I utilized two of the tools, ScentCone and SetZone, which both had a profound impact on my hunting success.

The features allowed me to map any treestand, duckblind or hutning spot so that it was almost as if I was seeing the wind for up to 72 hours. In addition I could compare locations and select the best spot based on wind shifts and speeds during my hunt. The mobile version of the site helped great when I was in the field because it was clear and ran quite fast on my iPhone.

I hope this helps any fellow hunters looking for a weather site that not only gives them reliable weather but also helps them improve their hunting success. Happy Hunting folks!

I like it. We'll see how accurate the forecasts are but so far, I like the features.

I've been using this site every day now for about a month and it sure seems a hell of a lot more accurate than KSL Weather...not to mention I can zoom in a lot further than I can with google earth...I'm liking it a lot!! Thanks for the heads up!!

No problem, I really like the site as well. They just released a weather app for the Android and iPhone in case you have either of those smartphones and want to check out the app in the field. Have either of you been on any interesting hunts lately?
