My dad bought his first Leupold scope in the 1970s. Last year hunting in the high mountains the scope fogged up I'm guessing an old seal. We called Leupold and they told us to send it in. We did and a few weeks later they sent us a brand new scope better then the one we had sent in. Great product great company!
 
They are the real deal when it comes to backing their products. Quality is great. I have a Rifleman 3x9x50 and it's a great scope for the money. Same waranty.
 
Leupold has always gone beyond my warranty dreams. They are a great customer service company and make quality equipment. I buy Leupold.

i have had GREAT experiances with leupold products, sent a spotting scope and Bino in for relatively minor problems, got new products in return.....sent in a scope with real problems and twice they sent back saying nothing wrong....go figure...
 
That's all I purchase. Own 20 plus rifle scopes (everything from Rifleman to VX3 scopes), 6 pair of binos and a spotting scope.

Have sent 4-5 items back over 20 years and have never been charged a dime. Can"t beat that!!!

Couple for minor things, one rifle scope broke in half from a major fall by my son when he was young, a pair of binos that myself and a ATV landed on and every time I told them what happened and still no charge.

A couple weeks ago I bought a pair of Mesa binos for $50.00 and the eye adjustments were broken. Figures for that price and the cost of the repair I would still come out on top. Just received them back and ZERO charge from Leupold, even knowing they were purchased second hand and not their top end binos.

I'll never purchase anything but Leupold!!!!
