All I can say is WOW! Brunton totally took care of me and went completely above and beyond. I sent back a pair of binoculars for warranty and like an idiot, I sent it USPS with no insurance or confirmation receipt. Well you guessed it, the good ol post office lost my package and Brunton never received my binos. Brunton had no reason to do anything for my bad mistake. Well this morning I received a package from Brunton and inside was a brand new pair of optics, which are an upgrade from what the post office lost. I called them to ask what I owed them and they said "no problem" next time use FED EX... Thanks Brunton!!!
 
My dad had a great experience with them a couple of years ago as well on a pair of binos. Their warranty and service is beyond anything I could have ever imagined.
