I'm deciding between the Longbow and the Crew Cab. Anyone have any thoughts? I would love to hear the good and the bad.

I had both, and preferred the longbow. I didn't like the 3 different compartments on the crew cab. I liked being able to put all my equipment, including tripod, into the longbow. I used them both only as day packs. I didn't like the weight of either pack for their size, so I sold them. I am now in the market for a new one. I am considering a KUIU pack, Kifaru ultra light, or just a regular backpacking pack (Gregory, REI, etc.).

Instead of the Longbow look at the Dragonslayer. Same pack pretty much but only 4 lbs. Mine will be here in 2 days.....The NEW one.

LAST EDITED ON May-31-11 AT 11:39AM (MST)[p]I went with the Longbow...I liked the Dragon slayer but I really wanted the Nice frame system. The Dragon slayer is the X-frame. Instead of getting the Crew Cab, I will get the load sling later for hauling meat loads out.
