I absolutely have to give major points to the service I have received from Sportsman's Warehouse in Reno Nevada.

Last month, I decided I wanted to get into archery and had not touched any kind of bow since I was 14, I'm 55 now.

On a whim, I went in to Sportsman's Warehouse and found Roy attending the archery department. I told him I was an absolute beginner and that I wanted to get set up with a bow I could shoot that was legal to hunt with.

In the next two hours, Roy helped me find just the right bow, learn how to shoot and adjust it, helped me choose arrows which he cut for me at no charge and installed the inserts.

Yesterday, I decided that I would like to try out a different sight than the one that the bow package came with. Again, Roy went through all the options and when I settled on a single pin sight, he installed it, showed me how to adjust it and apply the marking tape when I had a chance to range it and also ensured the initial adjustment would get me on the target at 20 yards...another hour at least of personal attention.

I also decided I wanted a better set of binoculars. So, off to the optics I went and the sales associate there, I can't remember his name, spent a good half hour going through all the binoculars that met my needs. He explained the differences in each and the warranty or guarantee of each. I ended up with 10X42 Alpen binoculars, in camo, that have a lifetime, no questions asked, guarantee.

I had been in Sportsman's here in Reno a few times before and each time, I got personal help with whatever I needed for as long as I needed it.

Good job Sportsman's warehouse Reno!

Same experience here in Boise. We have a Cabellas and a Sportmans, and the customer service is what keeps me shopping at Sportsmans!

I go to the one in Reno a lot. Maybe too much. Good guys there and stuff seems to be a bit cheaper than Cabelas.

Compromise, hell! ... If freedom is right and tyranny is wrong, why should those who believe in freedom treat it as if it were a roll of bologna to be bartered a slice at a time?
