I am looking to purchase the Russell APX Zephyr L3 pants. My question is how durable are they, and how warm are they? I am wanting them for late Oct- early Nov hunt. I have base layers to go along with it, but I do not know anyone who has used the Russell Pants? does anyone have any experience with it?

I just purchased a pair for the same hunt time frame. Have never used them so we shall see. Hopefully with base layers they will be good. Time will tell.

I've had the L3 parts for 3 years now. They are my favorite hunting pants. They are a light weight pant and have been very durable for me. They are not very water resistant. If there is no snow or rain where you are hunting, you will be fine with a good base layer. If it is wet, I would go with something else. If you have any other questions, let me know.
