Bushnell Lifetime Warranty is a bunch of................

Sent my Binos to bushnell that i have owned for a couple of years now,due to the eye relief seal broke and were no longer able to use them, it took them about a month to actually get back to me after countless phone calls trying to find out what was going on, and after all that they will not warranty them because they say they were dropped, when this binos have never been dropped either there always in my badlands bino case or in the hard case i have for them. They did offer me The same Binos at a discounted price or a discount on any of there products but i can go down to my local cabela's and buy the products cheaper than what they can offer, plus i would have to wait 3-4 weeks to actually receive them from bushnell. All i can say is i will never buy a bushnell product EVER again. Has anyone else had any problem like that??

My old Bushnell 10x50's had the eyecups crack and start to chip off. Called Bushnell and they would not/ could not fix them. Said they were too old and no parts were available. What good is the warranty if they don't keep parts??? I have moved on to other companies who really will stand behind products.

I always buy Leupold....never a problem with them standing behind their product.
