Eberlestock comparison videos hunting vs tactical/military produced by Santana Outdoors

Santana Outdoors has produced two seperate videos on Eberlestocks hunting and tactical/military packs. These two videos show the various packs that are available in each category, and give a brief description of each so you can see them side by side. I hate to say it, but I have had the WORST customer service from Eberlestock to the point that I will never use or buy any of their products again. Customer service is paramount, there are too many other options for hunters that offer superior service.

Thank you for replying sir. I do apologize that you had a bad experience with Eberlestock. We have received really good feedback from our customers so far in dealing with them. But I understand there will always be some negative in just about everything. If there is anything Santana Outdoors can do to try and help please let us know, thank you again.
