Years ago I purchased a Harris bi-pod. On a hunt one of the legs main spring popped off never to be found. Gave Harris a call, explained the situation to them, and the next thing I know they were asking for my address informing me I should be receiving a replacement in a few days. Good customer service is hard to come by let alone service only requiring a 5 minute conversation. Much appreciated for a change.
