Crispi boots

Just wondering if any body on here knows what is going on with them? Ordered some boots right from their website 10 days ago and have not got them or received an email for shipping either. Try to call them and it goes to a voicemail then when you try to leave a message it say it full. Also sent them a message in the chat room on their website and no answer. Any help about them would be good.

I have no idea. I had the exact same thing happen the last 2 months. The one time I did get a hold of someone, I had my boots at my house within the week. Customer Service was great (that 1 time.) All other times, no calls, emails etc.. returned.
I ordered the wrong size and need 1/2 size smaller and I still can't get anyone to answer a message. Its been a month.

When I got a hold of someone, he said there was a death or sickness in the family or something and was very nice, but again that was 1 time in 20+ calls or emails.

I hope they get it worked out.

Yes I have had alot of the same problem with them. But I did get the guy to answer a few times and would get the same answer every time, " I will get them personal sent off today and will pay for the shipping". Final got an email today!!! Hope to have them by Monday!! The thing that had me so mad was they where not slow about takin my money out of my account the day I ordered them but over a month to ship them!!

Did you have any luck getting your boots you ordered?? I wanted to check before I ordered from them again.. Thanks
