Draw question

Say me and another person apply as a group for a hunt that only gives two tags. If we have max points do we both draw? Or do we go straight into the random pool since we are a group. Furthermore if I have the points but my friend is piggybacking off of me does that effect the random draw?

Neither of you will draw. It is a wasted application and a wasted $20 in fees. 1 tag will go to the bonus and 1 tag will go to the random. You have a 0% chance at drawing.
