They do it because they can. Really, whats the worst that will happen? If we ever started taking this serious and there actually were penalties, it would stop. Yup, wait for it, here comes that genius from Texas with his wisdom......

One needs only look at the decrease in Drunk driving to see that actual enforncement does something. Wait,....... another pearl from an out of state taxidermist......

"just a couple of kids" aint an excuse for them stealing your car, shooting your windows out, or vandalizing your property. A final bit of old school truth from the smartest dude in Northern Mexico........

But, we'll just keep wringing our hands, and wondering why, because if we really cared, we would stop it, but in this state, its part of the culture(I mean who hasn't poached, everyone does it)

You mean as opposed to that loud mouth that has been running for president for 30 years?? If sitting by and watching poaching continue over and over and then hearing the same tired worn out, "everyone makes mistakes", or " just a couple kids" line makes me establishment, then great.

BTW, only thing worse than RNC establishment, is a guy who helped finance both the RNC and DNC.
