Is 22 points (2 people) combined enough for a draw ?

According to last years draw odds 10 points was enough

However utah does not add the points together for the group draws. It is the average of the applicants points.

We had 26 combined points and didn't draw out(NonRes) So 13 averaged which woulda put us there if it stayed the same as last year. People must have jumped over with the new scope rule. Dang the luck.

For a NR last year took 14 to guarantee, 10 for a resident.

With the new scope laws the muzzy is going to see a huge point creep IMO!
