Well, with my retirement from the military, and subsequently losing my resident status, I've decided I'm done applying in Utah. I was really hoping for an elk tag this year, but not to be. So I'm just going to give up my deer and elk points, rather than to keep playing the game from afar as a NR now that I am back "home".

So, you all just got one guy out of the point creep line!

If I remember right you can let a youth hunt off your tag as well so maybe keep getting them for a grandchild etc
