My son and I both drew the deer tag for this unit. Any info or recent pictures would be most appreciated. Good luck to all tag holders.

I drew it for deer back in 2001, unless you get the November dates don't expect anything over a 140" deer. Sorry but it's not that great. Unless things have changed and I doubt it,

Don't you know that's what MM is for?? You apply for ANY tag, draw it, then when you find out which choice you drew out for, create an account, hop online, start out your first post with "I accidentally fat fingered my application and drew a tag I didn't mean to" , then ask everyone else where to start, where to go, how big the animals are, how many, etc... once you get someone to give up all their info, usually over PM because most people don't like giving hard earned info out in public, you log off never to log on and offer your own advice once, again. That is, until mid December, right before your cow elk hunt starts and you have no idea where to even begin with this tag you drew with 0 points for a unit that's mostly all private or has low elk numbers. Then you just hop online asking everyone else for their hard earned info once again. And don't forget to add the part where you "need to fill the freezer for you family". Some guys are a pretty big sucker for that phrase. It happens quite frequently on the UWN. atleast one MM these internet scouters are able to hide withythe crowd for the most part. The UWN is so dead, EVERYONE who tries this method gets spotted immediately

Hoss,

Don't expect to get a lot of information from folks on certain CWMU's

Usually people stay hush-hush on the good ones because they want to hunt them again and don't want the competition from other hunters for the tags. Get ahold of the operator if you want pictures of previous harvested animals.

I'll send some Summers Eve to your place so you can get the sand out of your vag.

I'm not surprised you have some extra laying around you can give out. Based on your posts, you seem to have a lot of use for the stuff. Did Costco have a sale on it?

Deerkiller seriously man I bet he won't be hunting over bate illegally just saying!

Pretty hard to illegally bait deer, when there are no laws against it

I wasn't charged or convicted with hunting over an illegal bait... but I understand rumors always sound better than the truth. Carry on!
