Thinking of putting in for the Price Canyon Gordon creek elk unit. I'm wondering if anyone has hunted it before and what to expect. Thank you very much!

Quite a bit of private. Hard to access the areas elk are wintering during the hunt due to snow depth. If you had sleds and a little time to go explore some of those big deep canyons that feed into price canyon, you'd probably be able to find an elk to shoot at. Getting it out.... that's a different problem

Price canyon is nothing but a cwmu now. Couple places where there is public. Watch your gps!
