I drew a tag this year. I've never shot one but would love to. I see them in field all the time just cruising around. But really don't know anybody where I could get access. I assume it's probably not a lot of trouble to whoever owns the field.

Anybody willing to help out? Would love to get one.

Oh yeah, I live in Farmington by way of reference.

Drive, find fields that have birds and research to find land owner names then start knocking on doors.

What unit you hunting? East Box Elder, Cache, Rich, or Uintah county are the only places open to Sandhill crane in Utah. So hope you're not planning on hunting the ones you see cruising around Farmington.
