Good morning. My two teenage sons have the Pahvant late cow elk. We have been down twice now, most recently last weekend 12/28 to 12/30. Most of the time has been spent between Tower Road and Corn Creek. We have seen elk down low on private (e.g. on Ensign), but not any yet on public. Snow of course has limited travel, but we have went for a couple hikes trying to get away from roads, cut tracks, but have not been able to get on them yet. If anyone has any suggestions I'd be grateful. Thanks.

Got into them but haven't closed the deal yet, as you are probably aware they are pretty spooky. About the time my kids are ready to shoot the elk are on the move. The snow was very loud, and made getting into where they were at difficult. We'll try again this weekend. Persistence.
