100% agree, IMHO the only good lion is a dead lion. My brother and I had been searching for lion tracks for the last few weekends looking in all the areas we could think of and had permission from a couple different landowners with no luck. We were just very fortunate to have found this lions track on top of our snowmobile tracks from the day before so we knew they had to be fresh. Lion taped from nose to end of tail at around 7'6" in length.

Hiking up to get to where the dogs had the lion treed

Treed him 7 different times before he went into a tree that was tall enough for us to be able to tie the dogs off so my brother could get a good shot with his bow, this was the 5th time treed.
