Texas deer hunt

I've been thinking about going to Texas this year on a deer hunt and have been looking at a few guided hunts. So far I've looked seriously at Vinson Ranches and Jason Stillwell's Adventure Outdoors. So far they haven't been very prompt getting back to me. Does anyone have any experience with either or have suggestions on other places to look into?

I'd also considered going on a turkey hunt this spring as well. So if I could work out a deal if I go on both hunts that would be great as well.

There should be some bargain hunts available due to the downturn in the economy. The main question would be how good of a deer are you looking for? Most places charge according to B&C score.

The places I've been looking at are one set price which I prefer. Charging by B&C score makes me think I'm hunting high fence. I would like to get a deer in the 150" area.
