I will be heading to Nebraska on wednesday for archery whiteys.....can anyone give me any ideas what stage the rut will be in ?? will it be started at all ? i know the temps will be high during the days, just getting pretty excited any replys would be great...thanks

Be pre rut with lots of running, fighting, scrapping, and chasing but few does being receptive. Good time of the year to be hunting whitetails.

great news ,I can't wait to get there and get in the stand.... 7 1/2 hour drive after work today.......

Drive safe 270, and if yer use in a tree stand tie yerself in somehow! Good luck!
